Anti-STAT1 (phospho S727) Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to residues around S727 of human STAT1 (NP_009330.1), with sequence PMSPE. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 87 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
