Anti-Stat1 (D721) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody (clone designation D721) is raised against the Stat1 target using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 700-750 of human Stat1. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 87 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of the Stat1 protein.
