Anti-STAT1 Antibody [Assigned #A10100]

This Mouse monoclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets STAT1 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 1), a conserved transcription factor that mediates type I and type II interferon signaling through the JAK-STAT pathway. Upon IFN-α/β or IFN-γ stimulation, STAT1 is phosphorylated at tyrosine 701, dimerizes, and translocates to the nucleus to drive expression of interferon-stimulated genes controlling antiviral responses, immune cell development, and tumor surveillance.

Supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated antibody, the reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunoprecipitation (IP) workflows. Reactivity has been confirmed in Human and Monkey samples, supporting translational work in primate-derived cell models and primary human cell systems.
