Anti-Stat1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against Stat1 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 1), this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com enables detection of endogenous and overexpressed Stat1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. Stat1 operates downstream of type I and type II interferon receptors within the JAK-STAT signaling pathway: phosphorylation at tyrosine 701 drives dimerization, nuclear translocation, and induction of interferon-stimulated genes that mediate antiviral defense, innate immune activation, and tumor suppressive responses.
