Anti-Stat1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against human Stat1 and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific peptide corresponding to the region around the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine 701. Supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent is unconjugated and offered at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a 50 µl vial (a 100 µl size is also available). It is intended for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA workflows, and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, rat and monkey samples. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance. For research use only, this polyclonal reagent enables sensitive detection of endogenous levels of the Stat1 transcription factor across a broad range of cell- and tissue-based assays.
