Anti-Stat1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the Stat1 protein and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 680–720 of human Stat1 and detects endogenous levels of the target protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein migrates at approximately 87 kDa.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
