Anti-STAT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting STAT1, offered by Antibodies.com for use in western blotting and immunohistochemistry applications. The reagent is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype, supplied as an unconjugated liquid formulation suitable for detection workflows across human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 650–750 of human STAT1 (NP_009330.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 84 kDa. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, following affinity purification. The recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:2,000–1:6,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200, with concentration described as lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The antibody is accompanied by two scientific validation images and has been validated for the stated applications and species reactivity.
