Anti-STARD3 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody to MLN64 (STARD3), provided as a liquid reagent validated for Western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 170-445 of human STARD3 (NP_006795.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa.

The antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
