Anti-STAP2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody raised against STAP2, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human STAP2 and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of STAP2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE), and the target has an approximate molecular weight of ~48 kDa.
