Anti-STAMBP Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to STAMBP, also known as AMSH, supplied by Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 100–270 of human STAMBP (NP_998787.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF, and 1:20–1:50 for immunoprecipitation. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
