Anti-STAM2 (phospho-Y192) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting STAM2 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 192, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for western blot (WB) applications. The antibody was raised in rabbit against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human STAM2 around the Tyr192 phosphorylation site and detects endogenous levels of STAM2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr192.

Reactivity has been validated against human, mouse and rat samples. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 58 kDa, and one scientific validation image is available.
