Anti-STAM2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com targets STAM2. It is unconjugated, has an IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 376–525 of human STAM2 (NP_005834.4). The target has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Immunofluorescence validation has been performed on C6, L929 and U-2 OS cells using the antibody at a dilution of 1:100 with DAPI nuclear counterstaining. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only.
