Anti-STAM Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to STAM1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is purified by affinity chromatography.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 120-210 of human STAM (NP_003464.1). The product is provided as a liquid, with a molecular weight of 70 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:200-1:1,000 for WB and 1:20-1:100 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
