Anti-STAC3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against STAC3. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human STAC3, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of the STAC3 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.
