Anti-ST6GAL1 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, is directed against ST6GAL1 (also referred to as CD75). The target protein is detected in human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, is supplied unconjugated, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with three scientific validation images available.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 27–200 of human ST6GAL1 (NP_775323.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has a reported molecular weight coverage of 50 – 70 kDa. Purification is by affinity methods.

Manufacturer-recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
