Anti-ST3GAL5 Antibody

Antibodies.com lists a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against ST3GAL5, supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB). The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with the target reported to have a molecular weight of 48 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 80–200 of human ST3GAL5 (NP_003887.3). For Western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The concentration is reported as lot-specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
