Anti-ST3GAL4 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ST3GAL4 (ST3 beta-galactoside alpha-2,3-sialyltransferase 4), an enzyme mapped to chromosome 11. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blotting and reacts with human and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 27–267 of human ST3GAL4 (NP_006269.1) and is prepared by affinity purification. The expected molecular weight of the target is 50 – 55 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The recommended dilution range for western blot is 1:100 – 1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
