Anti-ST3GAL3 Antibody

It is provided in a Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) buffer containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The corresponding ST3GAL3 protein has a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa. Suggested working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is reported as lot specific.

This antibody has been cited in a publication investigating Golgi apparatus architecture in epilepsy, in which immunohistochemical staining was used to visualise GA structure in human neocortical tissue from epilepsy surgery patients and in rat hippocampal neurons following kainic acid-induced seizures.
