Anti-ST14 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets ST14 and is validated for western blot (WB) applications. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, it is supplied unconjugated and reacts with human and mouse samples. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 566-855 of human ST14 (NP_068813.1).

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. ST14 migrates at a molecular weight of 95 kDa. The recommended western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
