A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ST13, also known as Hsc70-interacting protein (HIP). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-369 of human Hsc70-interacting protein (HIP) (NP_003923.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 52 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has undergone affinity purification. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4 degrees Celsius and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees Celsius, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
