Anti-SSX4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SSX4 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 70–188 of human SSX4 (NP_005627.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 27 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
