From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SSTR1, with the immunogen corresponding to amino acids 20–70 of the human protein [S1]. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2 [C0][S1].
Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples [C0][S1]. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE [S1].
The antibody detects endogenous levels of SSTR1 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa [S1].
