Anti-SSRP1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody to SSRP1 is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human SSRP1 (NP_003137.1). The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF. The target has a reported molecular weight of 90 kDa, with a lot-specific concentration. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
