Anti-SSH3 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SSH3 (slingshot protein phosphatase 3), raised using a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of the human protein. The preparation is provided as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant; the carrier protein fraction is rabbit IgG. The antibody is unconjugated and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total SSH3 protein. Shipments leave the facility at 4 °C, and for long-term stability the vial should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
