Anti-SSB (T362) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SSB (T362) raised in rabbit, supplied by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 331-380 of human SSB, and the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. It is provided unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody detects endogenous levels of SSB protein, with an expected molecular weight of ~50 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
