SRSF7 is a member of the serine/arginine-rich (SR) family of pre-mRNA splicing factors, also known by the synonym SRp20, and this rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against it for research use only. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is packaged in a 100 µL vial. Validated applications include Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative studies of SR-protein-dependent alternative splicing across these three species. The polyclonal format recognises multiple epitopes on SRSF7, which can help limit the impact of minor conformational variation on detection. For routine handling, the antibody should be stored frozen in single-use aliquots, with repeated freeze-thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity over time.
