The SRSF7 protein (also known as SRp20) is a member of the serine/arginine-rich family of splicing factors that direct constitutive and alternative pre-mRNA splice site selection. This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied unconjugated at 100 µl and is validated for western blot detection of endogenous SRSF7 in cell lysates as well as immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat tissue sections. Researchers apply it to investigate spliceosome assembly, exon definition, and the broader landscape of regulated gene expression in developmental and oncology contexts, where altered SRSF7 activity contributes to aberrant splicing programs.
