Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for SRSF5, offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is of the IgG isotype and was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 63–108 of Human SRSF5.
The antibody detects endogenous levels of SRSF5 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 91 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.
