Anti-SRR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Serine racemase (SRR), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for WB, with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is supplied as a liquid and prepared from the recombinant fusion protein immunogen corresponding to amino acids 1–340 of human SRR (NP_068766.1).

Affinity purification is used in manufacture, and the antibody has a molecular weight of 37 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and supplied at a lot specific concentration. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:1,000 to 1:5,000.
