Description
A Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against recombinant full length Human SRPX, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of SRPX protein in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and is supported by one scientific validation image. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and was affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein, Sushi repeat containing protein X-linked, runs at approximately 52 kDa and is tissue-enhanced in adipose tissue, encoded on the X chromosome.
