Anti-SRPX Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation raised against NFS1. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 208–457 of human NFS1 (NP_066923.3). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500 – 1:2000, IHC 1:50 – 1:200, and IF 1:50 – 1:200. Western blot analysis yields an observed molecular weight of 50 kDa, and the calculated molecular weight is 44 kDa/50 kDa. NFS1 encodes a pyridoxal phosphate-dependent aminotransferase that supplies inorganic sulfur to iron-sulfur clusters required by many cellular enzymes.

The antibody is provided in PBS buffer containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol at pH 7.3, and should be stored at -20°C while avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
