Anti-SRPRB Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG Primary Antibody targets SRPRB and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with three scientific validation images, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 57-271 of human SRPRB (NP_067026.3). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity purification. The target has a molecular weight of 30 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:1,000-1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
