Anti-SRPR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SRPR alpha, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is provided unconjugated. It has been validated for reactivity with human samples.

The target is SRPR alpha. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human SRPR (NP_003130.2). The product is supplied as a liquid and is purified by affinity purification. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
