Anti-SRP9 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against SRP9 is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The SRP9 target has a reported molecular weight of 12 kDa.

The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–86 of human SRP9 (NP_003124.1). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:1,000–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
