Anti-SRp75 (D134) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SRp75, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of human SRp75 as the immunogen, and detects endogenous levels of the SRp75 protein. The target has a reported molecular weight of ~57 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human and mouse samples.
