Anti-SRP54 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against SRP54 and is supplied unconjugated. Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 196-455 of human SRP54 (NP_001139754.1), with the target protein migrating at 56 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:200-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
