Anti-SRp46 (E72) Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com (A42329 SFRS2B antibody, which targets SRp46/SRSF8) and Boster Bio A13713 (the original source for Anti-SRp46 E72 antibody), this polyclonal reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Raised in rabbit, the unconjugated IgG isotype detects endogenous SRp46 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The affinity-purified antibody recognizes an epitope within the central region of human SRp46 (amino acids 50–100) and is recommended at 1:500–1:1000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. For long-term storage keep the vial at -20°C; for frequent use it may be held at 4°C for up to one month, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
