Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SRp20. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 120–170 of human SRp20, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of SRp20 protein (molecular weight ~ 25 kDa).
Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
