Anti-SRM Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes spermidine synthase (SRM) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–302 of human SRM (NP_003123.2).

The target has a molecular weight of 35 kDa, and the antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is by affinity chromatography. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
