Description
This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets the SRI protein and is supplied in unconjugated form. It was raised against recombinant full-length human SRI and detects endogenous levels of SRI protein in samples originating from human, mouse and rat species.
The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The expected molecular weight of the target protein is approximately 22 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity exceeds 95% by SDS-PAGE. Each product is supported by three scientific validation images.
