An affinity-purified, unconjugated polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–198 of human SRI (NP_003121.1). The antibody is KO validated and is accompanied by four scientific images. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported molecular weight of the target is 20 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
