Anti-SRGN Antibody

A polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the SRGN target. The immunogen used was recombinant full length human SRGN (S1). The unconjugated reagent is provided at a concentration of 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol (C0, S1).

Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence, including ICC/IF (C0, S1, S3). The antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples (C0, S1, S2, S3) and detects endogenous levels of SRGN protein (S1). It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE (S1). The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 17kDa (S1), and the antibody is of the IgG isotype (S2).
