Anti-SRF (phospho-S103) Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human SRF around the phosphorylation site of Serine 103. Unconjugated and validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent detects endogenous levels of SRF protein when phosphorylated at Ser103. Reactivity is confirmed in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and the antibody is affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 52 kDa.
