Anti-SRF (G93) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SRF (G93), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is of polyclonal clonality, with reactivity demonstrated against Human, Mouse and Rat.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61-110 of Human SRF, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of SRF protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The reported molecular weight of the target is ~52 kDa.
