Anti-SRF Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the serum response factor (SRF) and is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from human SRF around the non-phosphorylation site of S77), and is provided unconjugated for clean detection in ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. It is validated for human and mouse samples, ships at 4 °C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only, this polyclonal primary antibody offers reliable detection of endogenous SRF levels across the most common immunoassay platforms.
