Anti-SRF Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Serum Response Factor (SRF) and is unconjugated. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S103 of human SRF (NP_003122.1), and the target has a stated molecular weight of 73 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200.
