Anti-SREK1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SREK1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody reacts with Human samples and, according to the manufacturer's data, also with Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–180 of human SREK1 (NP_631907.1). The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the target has a molecular weight of 59 kDa. Purification is by affinity chromatography.

For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
