Anti-SRC (phospho Y529) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, recognises Src at the phospho Tyr529 modification site. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows.

The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around Y529 of human Src (NP_005408.1). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, it targets a protein with a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Suggested starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
