Anti-SRC (phospho Y416) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, recognises Src phosphorylated at tyrosine 416. It is raised against a synthetic peptide phosphorylated at Y416 of human Src and is affinity purified. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications, with recommended starting dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ELISA: 1 µg/ml.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has a predicted molecular weight of 60 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
