Anti-SRC (phospho S17) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Src phosphorylated at serine 17. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide phosphorylated at S17 of human Src, with the sequence RRSLE. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 60 kDa.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
